Tham gia giảng dạy trường cao đẳng William and Mary từ năm 2001, sau 6 năm dạy luật ở Trường Luật Brooklyn. Làm thư ký luật cho hãng Judge Constance Baker Motley of the U.S State District của New York.
Thực tập ở hãng Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton và Garrison ở thành phố New York. Giảng viên môn Giao dịch thương mại quốc tế và luật thương mại quốc tế. Từng được trao học bổng Ford Foundation Scholar năm 1991.

Practiced with Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison in New York City. Teaches international business transactions and international trade law. Was a Ford Foundation Scholar in 1991.
